"If you can find a stewing hen all the better. Stewing hens are older chickens that can no longer lay eggs. They are tough birds only suitable for stews or soups but they have a lot more flavor. They have to be simmered a long time to be tender."

Add the flour and cook the roux until raw flour is gone and is thickened (1-2 minutes). 5) Add 1.5 cups of cold milk, continuously mixing the entire time. Also add 1 cup of ½ and ½ at this time. 6) Add the following cheeses: cream cheese, Monterrey jack, mozzarella, Velveeta, white cheddar cheese, and 1 of the bags of the cheddar cheese. Mix well on med-low heat. 7) Add the sour cream; mix it in very well. Proceed to add all of the seasonings and the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until cheese starts pulling off from the sides. 8) Add the last half cup of whole milk. Stir to mix in well (cheese sauce should still be thick). Remove from heat and set aside. 9) Pour the scrambled eggs into the macaroni and mix well to ensure the eggs completely coat the pasta. 10) Add batches of the cheese sauce on top of the macaroni and stir completely and carefully. Do not fret if some cheese sauce is left over—save it for another time! 11) Smooth out the mac n cheese in the casserole dish; add the last bag of sharp cheddar cheese on top and even it out. 12) Cut up the ½ stick of butter and sprinkle it on top of mac and cheese. Bake for 45 mins. 13) Let it cool for 10-15 mins.
"Herbal medicine can be broadly classified into four basic systems as follows: Traditional Chinese Herbalism, Ayurvedic Herbalism, Western Herbalism, which originally came from Greece and Rome to Europe and then spread to North and South America, and Arab traditional medicine, which forms the basis for alternative and herbal medicine in use today" (Saad).

We are all on track to acquire type 2 diabetes just from increasing insulin resistance. Elevated blood sugars are hard on your circulatory system, clogging micro-vasculature, and that belly fat you can get rid of is the direct result of insulin resistance. We all know that increased body fat leads to increased Aromatase production which converts testosterone to estrogen. I’ve reduced my sugar intake and I take Metformin too. My stomach is flatter than it’s ever been, and I routinely have sex once or twice a day. Damage to your micro-vasculature is the fastest way to kill your ability to have an erection."
